Please send a clear picture. We are printing the pictures on a felt like air freshener surface. They will not be HD because of what they are printed on. They will however be clear if you send a photo that is clear. We can always lighten up the photos. Your photo will either be placed on a rectangle shape or more of a square shape depending on the size of the photo to make it fit properly. Also please beware that there is a hole in the center of the top for the hanger string. Try not to send a photo that has a head or a face where the hole will be. If so, we will use it and put a black or white bar at the top to keep that space clear.

When the scent fades, you can refresh it with your own favorite perfume or cologne.

Custom photo car Air Fresheners can be used as a car freshener. All of our air fresheners are handmade and comes in many different scents to choose from. We always adding new scents. Our Car Photo Air Fresheners can last up to 5 days (more or less). Our Air Fresheners can be easily rejuvenated with a few drops/sprays of your favorite scent to the front and back of the air freshener to increase the longevity.
Please send us a photo (in an etsy message)and high resolution photos should be sent for the best quality printing.

Do you crop the face in the photo for me?

We cut out the face for you! Please send us a high quality photo and will take care of the cropping.

How many faces can I print on a product?
We can do 1-3 faces on each of our products. We recommend you send 1 photo for each face. Photos with multiple faces can turn out a little blurry and smaller.

How do I send photos?

The picture was surprisingly good quality, I was worried about it looking stretched but it wasn’t! it smells exactly like the scent I chose also!

To be honest, I’m not thrilled with the purchase. The photo on the air freshener is so blurry and pixelated. It’s almost hard to see what it is. I also ordered the custom dog socks and the photo on those isn’t great either. It’s especially frustrating considering I ordered these on November 30, well before the shop’s Christmas deadline, and they just arrived today, January 4. I understand the USPS has had huge delays, but the shop hasn’t been very helpful in communicating and didn’t seem too anxious to help in tracking my order or sending a replacement. Overall a disappointment.
