Do you crop the face in the photo for me?
We cut out the face for you! Please send us a high quality photo and will take care of the cropping.
How many faces can I print on a product?
We can do 1-3 faces on each of our products. We recommend you send 1 photo for each face. Photos with multiple faces can turn out a little blurry and smaller.
How do I send photos?
Please send us an Etsy message with your photos and order number. If you have issues with sending the photos in an Etsy message feel free to email them to customfacedesigns3@gmail.com

I assumed this was an ornament with the face cut out and floating on the glass background as the picture shows. What arrived is just a copy of the whole picture sent. Good quality, just not what I expected from the picture and description. Unfortunately, all reviews on this shop are for the socks so I did not see this mentioned anywhere.
